Taking the first step is often the most difficult. Working together, I will help you develop strategies to cope with underlying difficulties so we can get to the healing.

I offer flexible virtual sessions for individuals and families in Long Island, New York. Virtual therapy enables you to attend your session from where you are most comfortable. I also offer in-person sessions in the office.

I provide Eating Disorder treatment using a compassionate and a non judgmental approach. My clients walk away from therapy with me feeling less overwhelmed by obsessive thoughts and food rules, more confident and at ease in their own skin and more attuned to their needs, which improves their overall life satisfaction.

In addition, if you are experiencing conflict or poor boundaries with others or perhaps a general dissatisfaction in your relationships with others, we can address those issues as well. If you have noticed that your self esteem is deflated and your confidence is low, you might be struggling with taking any kind of risks socially, personally or career wise and this may be affecting your happiness. These are all noises in your head that can be addressed when working together and developing more strength and resilience.

You don’t have to keep feeling disgusted, ashamed, or overwhelmed. I can help you improve your relationship with others and with yourself.

  1. Get in touch with me today. I will answer any questions that you have and we can review what is going on for you at this time and be sure that we are a good fit. At that point, we can schedule our first appointment to meet whether it is in person or on video.
